I had always had a very bulbous nose, so I had a lot of dissatisfaction with my nose. They were running an event at an affordable price and the reviews were good, so even though I was older, I made up my mind and had the surgery. Before the surgery, I told the consultant that I did not want my nasal bridge to become higher and that I only wanted my nasal tip to become slimmer. Then, during the second consultation with the doctor, I mentioned tying the nasal tip cartilage, but they said that method would make it look unsightly, as if my nose had been pinched with a clothespin. They said that for me, lifting the nasal tip with ear cartilage and putting a small silicone implant in the nasal bridge so it would not look obvious that my nose had been raised would make the nose lift slightly and look slimmer. Since it was the expert’s opinion, I trusted them and had the surgery. But... it has been one month since the surgery, and the nasal bridge raised from between my eyebrows reminds me of Avatar, it is crooked, and the nasal tip has become even thicker like Ralph because of scar tissue. My impression looks harsher because of the raised bridge, and the nasal tip cartilage has shifted, making my nose look long and slightly visible through the skin... I really think this is too much no matter how you look at it... I’m planning to visit the clinic on the 26th, but I wonder what the hospital will say.
