In 2014, I had treatment for a deviated septum at a large university hospital, and they used that septal cartilage to raise my nasal tip and shaved down my hump. But the hump came back and breathing became uncomfortable again, so I went to a plastic surgery clinic in Sinsa and had rhinoplasty last July, with a 2 mm nasal bridge implant, nasal tip elevation, and columella lowering? I’m not exactly sure. After the surgery, people around me told me my nose looked crooked. So I went to the clinic and asked, and they showed me my before photos and said it was because it had originally been crooked, so I accepted it too. (But isn’t correcting crookedness what plastic surgery is for?) Recently, only one half of my columella started drooping. I looked into it and it seems like the alar cartilage? may have detached. The clinic says it isn’t noticeable and that it’s fine, and just sends me away. What should I do?.. Oh, and because I have silicone in the area between my eyebrows, there’s also a clear horizontal border lineㅜㅜ
