The clinics I liked the most and second most said it would be good to fill the area where the silicone is removed with donated dermis, but my friend is absolutely against it, saying that if I’m going to use donated dermis, it would be better to place silicone instead… I think the donated dermis is MegaDerm?? Has anyone here used it? Is there also anyone who used it and then had surgery again? Do you recommend it or not? I’m soooooooo conflicted, seriously

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
