I had surgery last April, and it’s now been a little under 4 months since I had everything removed 7 months after surgery. I had the full removal because the septal extension and silicone caused a severe foreign body sensation and felt too hard. Maybe because I had bulbous nose correction during my primary surgery, the nose after removal became smaller than my original pre-surgery nose, so I’m satisfied. I had the capsule and scar tissue removed, but I’m not sure if the skin became thinner. The eyes looking pulled inward has also returned to normal, and the dryness in my nostrils has all improved back to how it was before surgery. It’s still a bit firm in terms of softness, but compared with my operated nose, it’s much softer. The photos are in the order of original nose, operated nose, 1 week after removal, and 3 months after removal.
