Tomorrow is finally my removal surgery. For my primary surgery, I had silicone, septal extension, and the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage. For functional nose surgery removal, I decided to have it done at the university hospital where I had my primary surgery. I wanted to remove the silicone and lower the nasal tip height. But the professor compared it with photos of my original nose and said we should remove only the silicone. He says only 3 mm was inserted, and only the glabella area is 3 mm; since it is silicone that gets thinner toward the nasal dorsum and nasal tip, there probably won't be a big step-offㅠ Even so, I was anxious and told him I wanted to lower the nasal tip height, but that…
