Tomorrow is finally my removal surgery. For my primary surgery, I had silicone, septal extension, and the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage. For functional nose surgery removal, I decided to have it done at the university hospital where I had my primary surgery. I wanted to remove the silicone and lower the nasal tip height. But the professor compared it with photos of my original nose and said we should remove only the silicone.
