Review of square jaw rotational contouring. Day 24

It’s only been 4 days since I wrote my last post, but.. this is my second review. The swelling has gone down a bit more. Now people don’t say my face looks swollen; it’s more like they just think this is my original face? I have thin skin and my face gets smaller even if I lose just 1–2 kg, and I’ve lost 2 kg now. In the past, people would have said, “Why did you lose so much weight?” but now they don’t notice that I lost weight, about that level..? The reaction is more like, “Did you gain a little weight?” Until day 21, when I woke up in the morning, I’d think, “Wow, my face is really big,” because of the swelling. But on the evening of day 21, I rode a bike for about 30 minutes while sweating, and it felt like a lot of the swelling went down then. Now even when I wake up in the morning, it’s just okay.

To give my own tips in case they help, I just did what the hospital told me to do. They said swelling forms until day 3, so you should use cold compresses to prevent as much swelling as possible, and from after day 3, the swelling has already formed, so you need to loosen it with warm compresses for it to go down faster. So from after day 3, I’ve only been doing warm compresses.

In the morning and evening, I did warm compresses for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, 1 minute on and 1 minute resting, and I’ve been consistently fast-walking for 1 hour every day. When I exercise while sweating, it definitely seems to go down a lot, but it’s hard and annoying so I end up not doing it. Anyway, I didn’t do my cheekbones, so it’s not as dramatic from the front as people who had cheekbone surgery, but for now I like that the side line is starting to show. I think the front will improve a bit once all the swelling goes down.
