Nose Re-Surgery

Nasal bridge silicone, donated dermis, no implant

For my first surgery, I had silicone inserted very thinly, almost about 1 mm. As I've been going around for consultations, some places say to replace the silicone, some say to use donated dermis, and some say to just go with no implant. Actually, donated dermis has a lower risk of side effects than silicone, but instead I saw a lot of reviews saying it gets absorbed and spreads out? Honestly, I had never thought about donated dermis, so I'm taken aback.. No implant would probably be the best, but I'm worried it might become too low for no reason. I didn't expect them all to be this different
