Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I’m debating revision surgery after removing my rhinoplasty just 2 weeks after surgery!

I had rhinoplasty early this year, but I really didn’t like the shape, so I had it removed after 2 weeks. Originally, I had a long nose with a slight hump. They refined the hump and nasal bridge, and used septal cartilage to build it from the middle of the nose to the nasal tip in an L shape? But from the front, my nostrils showed so much. I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it looked too much like an artificial upturned ski-slope line, so I removed it. I truly cried every day and became depressed. I thought about waiting, but there’s only so much it could become natural, and I felt I still wouldn’t like it.

I had it taken out after 2 weeks, and the shape now looks somewhere between before and after surgery. The nasal bridge was shaved too, so it looks awkward, and the nasal tip has become much shorter. Before, my nasal tip came down like Seolhyun’s, but now it’s shorter, so I don’t have that refined image anymore.. Every time I look at photos, my heart really hurts so much.

I want to have surgery to lower the nasal tip, but when I think about how my first surgery failed, it’s truly awful, and I’m worried what if it fails again, so I’m frustrated and posting this.. I really think people’s desires have no end.

I wish the nasal tip shape weren’t like an L shape and the nasal ala/nostril mound projected a bit more. Is this a difficult surgery? I’m just curious.. ㅠㅠ If anyone has the same concern, let’s share.
