I had about 5 nose surgeries and developed complications.. It's 3 mm, but I think I need to leave the nasal tip cartilage and remove the silicone.. My heart feels so heavy... I'm so exhausted... Money, physical strength.. my heart.. my mind.. since I'm completely exhausted, I think now I need to comfort myself..
