I’m considering removing my nasal silicone implant

5 years ago, I had my bridge raised about 4 mm with an L-shaped silicone implant (I’m not completely sure..ㅠㅠ) (I don’t remember well if it was 4.5 mmㅠㅠ) I had a slight hump, so I think they slightly refined the nasal bridge and used septal cartilage for the nasal tip and to build a support strut And because my nostrils were uneven, I think they did nostril reduction on only one side But at some point, it looked okay in dark lighting, but in bright lighting the nasal silicone shows through, and only one side of the bridge has a slightly dark outlineㅠㅠ When I take photos, the bridge outline is clearly visible and the silicone shows through, so it’s really stressing me outㅠㅠ I don’t want to be stressed because of my nose anymore, so I just want to remove the silicone, but I’ve heard that removing an L-shaped silicone implant can cause contracture, and I’ve also heard the nose can collapse Since I originally had it raised quite a lot, I’m worried that if I remove it, it won’t return to my original nose and that my nose might look strangeㅠ What would be best to do?ㅠㅠ
