I wanted a dramatic nose, but since it was my first surgery, I avoided places that use lots of materials and do complicated surgery, so I did it at ㅇㅈ. I asked them to raise it as much as possible, but because of the limitations of the materials, it's not super high. Alar reduction, ear cartilage, silicone, nasal tip suturing The nostril shape is very pretty, but it's not the height I wanted. If you like a dramatic look, I don't think you should do it at a hospital that does natural-looking noses.
