After rhinoplasty, when I look inside my nose, the alar cartilage is sagging down (inside the right nostril). The tissue is drooping downward, so breathing feels stuffy too.. I don't know whether this is swollen tissue or whether the alar cartilage has sagged downward. Is there anyone like me... If the alar cartilage has sagged downward, can it be put back in its original position with another surgery.. It has been five months and it still has not gone down, so it doesn't seem like swelling.. I heard scar tissue is hard.. but this is soft and squishy. If I lift it upward with a cotton swab, it lifts up.. Do people also get scar-tissue injections inside the nose? I'm also thinking of trying a scar-tissue injection at a place called ㅈㅋㄹㄴ.. If anyone had their alar cartilage sag downward or swell after rhinoplasty like me, please answer...
