I’m someone who had surgery 2 years ago without knowing anything. I just listened to someone I knew and did it, and I didn’t get a satisfying result. Even now, the silicone keeps moving around on its own, and the nasal tip has drooped, making it look like a hump nose. I’m looking into revision surgery... For those getting rhinoplasty for the first time, make sure you write down, remember, and look into everything about the surgery you want, including what materials will be used, the surgical method, and so on. I regret it too
