Male revision rhinoplasty, 3 months in, it seems to have mostly settled

Before surgery, I had an upturned nose and a bulbous nose, and even after surgery, the upturned nose and bulbous nose didn’t improve, so I had revision rhinoplasty 3 months ago..ㅠ After having nose surgery once and being dissatisfied with the result, I got the revision while half in doubt, but this time I think the surgery really went wellㅠ If I had gotten surgery at a good hospital from the beginning, I wouldn’t have needed multiple surgeries and could have saved money, so that’s a bit disappointing haha I had the surgery with Director Jang Hyung-jun at It’s B, and before surgery, my nose looked upturned, but I was told it looked like an upturned nose because the columella area was depressed. According to the director and the consultant, the skin around the depressed columella was thin, so it was a difficult nose to operate on. So after thinking about it, I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and at first it hurt so much that I regretted it, but once the pain got better, I felt like I did well choosing autologous costal cartilage! Personally, my autologous rib cartilage pain completely disappeared around the 2-month mark. These days I have no trouble at all even when exercising, and I’m going to keep taking care of the scar. People who knew my original nose say the nose surgery turned out really well, and they compliment me, saying my bulbous nose is gone, my nostrils no longer show from the front, and the upturned nose disappeared. Since my features look more defined, even though only my nose changed, they say my image looks very different, and I’m satisfied too because the blunt, round-looking image I had before is gone. I’m managing it carefully, being careful not to bump it anywhere. Breathing has become really comfortable, and the severe swelling has gone down, so now it looks more natural and seems okay. I normally don’t take many photos, but I thought I should take some at a time like this, so I went out with a friend.
