It was revision rhinoplasty for a man I had osteotomy, hump correction, nasal tip with ear cartilage, open approach But yesterday the surgery time didn’t even take 40 minutes I went into the operating room at 2:30 I feel like they disinfected me for almost 30 minutes But when I got up from the bed, it was 3:50;; When I woke up, I could breathe, so I asked And they said because it ended so quickly and there was no bleeding, they didn’t put in cotton packing, didn’t use a splint, and only taped it heavily, connecting down to my cheeks It’s so comfortable, I love it I asked the manager, and she said the director’s surgery speed is so fast that depending on the patient’s surgical situation and amount of bleeding, they may use cotton packing, use a splint, use both, or use neither After coming home, there was no bleeding from the left nostril at all Only from the right side, it would sometimes form a droplet and flow a little, so I just kept tissue against it After I got home, I played 5 rounds of LoL and never once felt stressed because of blood When I woke up this morning, there was no bruising around my eyes at all Only around my nose and cheeks are a bit swollen I don’t know the shape yet because I haven’t removed the taping and it’s swollen But for now, I’m very satisfied with the surgery itself And I guess the mucous membrane didn’t swell badly either Breathing is comfortable..... It’s day 1 after surgery
