I had them removed today ㅠㅠ I had alar reduction, septal cartilage, hump nose correction, and 5 mm silicone. I had it done at the hospital where I had my surgery. Before going into surgery, I consulted with the director. In other posts, people said they only scare you and say negative things, but the director who did my surgery was against removal, though they clearly told me that things like depression or contracture would not happen, so I felt relieved.. I also asked about the shaved hump, wondering if it would look angular or anything, and when I asked if they had shaved the nasal bridge, they said they had not. When I looked in the mirror afterward, only the hump had really been shaved hehe. The way my eyes looked pulled inward also went back, and my face looks softer. I had gauze attached, but when I took a look after removing it, my nose originally had a heart-shaped tip, and it came back. When I touch my nasal bridge, it feels like touching dough, and the nasal tip is soft too hehe. My nose is a bit upturned, but the director said it will come down, so I’m going to wait. I was so worried and scared until right before removal, but once I actually came out after getting it removed, I felt relieved hehe. Even before surgery, I chatted with the nurse while waiting for the director and then had the surgery. I thought they might be unfriendly when I went in for removal, but there was none of that at all. Everyone was kind and treated me well, and the director talked to me with a smile, so emotionally I was so relieved. Now I’m worried because I can’t see the overall look due to contraction and taping.. It also hurts ㅠㅠ I’ll leave updates from time to time. I hope everyone getting removal has good results.
