15 years ago, my mother took me by the hand, and I had my first nose surgery in my neighborhood. At that time it was a local clinic, so they just inserted silicone. It wasn’t that I had no nasal bridge, but it just became high like a man’s nose. There was no curved line or anything like that.
Then the nose line of an older acquaintance was so pretty that I decided to have revision surgery 10 years ago. While doing it, I also had nostril reduction, and until the moment I went under anesthesia, I told the doctor, “Please don’t raise my nasal bridge.” Then I fell asleep. I remember waking up from anesthesia near the end of surgery and bothering the doctor by continuing to talk. Then they told me they were suturing now, so not to move my lips hahaha
I was satisfied with the result. But because I have an upturned nose, due to the force of the skin constantly trying to pull upward, as time passed, the nasal tip started to move slightly lower than the nasal bridge (I suddenly noticed this a few years later).
In the end, I had surgery again 2 years ago using the nasal septum.
I’ve heard many people say you need to have nose surgery two or three times to be satisfied, but no. I don’t think satisfaction exists with nose surgery. My upturned nose still hasn’t improved, and they say humans are creatures of forgetfulness; even though I regretted raising my nasal bridge in the first surgery, I did the same thing the third time and am regretting it now.
Now I’m looking into a fourth clinic. This time I’m letting go of a lot of greed and looking for a nose that can last a lifetime. To everyone worrying a lot about nose surgery, stay strong~~
