I had the removal surgery yesterday I simply had only the silicone removed through a closed approach I was thinking about removing the nasal tip later after seeing how things went, but seeing how severe the asymmetry is, I now think I’ll have to remove everything from the nasal tip too After the surgery, my nostrils look so uneven Since my nose was originally asymmetrical, maybe because I only removed the silicone, there’s no helping the asymmetry of my crooked, uneven nose Later, when I remove all the nasal tip cartilage too, I’ll probably need cartilage repositioning or asymmetry correction, right? It also seems like I may have a deviated septum I also have sinusitis and rhinitis... sigh What can I do to correct this asymmetry?
