I had surgery 6 days ago: osteotomy + hump reduction with silicone and ear cartilage, but in other reviews people said the nose is still too high because of swelling for the first 2 weeks right after rhinoplasty. For me, from day 1 I barely had any swelling, and the height and shape seem exactly how I want them to look. Will it drop a lot over time?? Please answer!!
