Nose Re-Surgery

Is it better to go to the clinic where I had my first surgery too?

As for the current state of my nose, my bulbous nose correction wasn't done even 1 bit They used septal cartilage and ear cartilage and did alar reduction together, but the shape just became weird (If you have a bulbous nose, don't automatically do alar reduction. If the clinic doesn't bring it up, absolutely don't do it) So now I'm looking at clinics for revision surgery. Should I go back to the clinic where I had my first surgery too..? I honestly don't really want to go This time I don't want to use the materials that were used before, and I want to use autologous costal cartilage, but the previous clinic didn't have many costal cartilage reviews It's the place where my nose failed, so there's no reason to go back.. If I do revision surgery, I'm thinking of trying a one-doctor clinic I've looked at ㄹㄱ and ㅎㅇㅇㄷ, but I wonder if it would help to mix in a large hospital too
