It's day 3 after rhinoplasty, and my face has become square I had osteotomy done around the nasal bridge, and it was functional nose surgery + cosmetic surgery, but instead of silicone, I had it done only with septal cartilage and ear cartilage?? When will all the swelling go down?? My semester starts in September, so I'll look like a normal person by then, right
