They said they would lengthen the columella and raise the nasal tip a bit more, but I’m worried it might become too upturned. If I tell them clearly one more time during the consultation right before surgery, it should be okay, right? I want the nostrils to look as little exposed as possible from the front, with a rounded, soft feel, so I’m definitely going to tell them one more time.
