I waited about 6 months for the consultation. (Revision surgery for a crooked nose) When I talked about being worried that my nose might bend again after surgery, all I remember is the director answering, “It’ll probably turn out fine~” I’ve really lived for years stressed because of this nose, and I’m so desperate, but “it’ll probably turn out fine”?.. haha. It felt irresponsible. The price was also almost twice as high as other hospitals, so I’m wondering whether it’s worth that much money. At the moment, since the hospital is popular, I feel like if patient satisfaction drops after surgery, they won’t care about each individual patient at all.
