Low nose, small nose

I had a consultation at DN, and they said my nose is low and small, and in the past I have already had everything that affects the nose, like philtrum reduction, alar reduction, two-jaw surgery, etc., so even if they raise it a lot, it would only be about 3 mm at the nasal tip?) If DN says this much, would it be pointless to go consult at other clinics too?? ㅜ I feel so hopeless..
