I'm looking for a clinic because I'm thinking of getting revision nose surgery. After my first surgery, I liked it a bit at first, but as time went on, I could visibly see the nasal tip drooping. So I'm thinking about revision surgery, but if I don't want the nasal tip to droop, I'm wondering whether I need to use costal cartilage. For now, I'm also looking into clinics, and there seem to be so many, like ㄴㄴ, ㄷㄴ, ㅇㅇㅂ, ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, ㅃㄹ, etc. Please recommend some. I'll figure out which ones to filter out myself

트립 Costal cartilage can also get absorbed, so there are cases where it droops too. I think figuring out the cause first is important, and a place that checks with a CT scan would be good. ㄴㄴ and ㅁㅎ seemed good because they consult while looking at the CT.
막디 ㄴㄴ seems to do a lot of revision rhinoplasty. Director ㄱㄱㅈ’s nose lines looked pretty. They seemed to restore the columella well and do it without scars.
있었다 ㅃㄹ and ㅍㄹㅇㅂ have pretty but natural-looking lines, so they're decent... Which director are you seeing at ㄴㄴ?
이쁘니되게 If possible, I do think using costal cartilage would probably be good, but it might be better to keep different materials open as options and think about it, since the director’s opinion could be different too? I also thought I should use costal cartilage, but Director 새ㄱ said it could improve enough even with AlloDerm, so I used thatㅇㅇ
