Review 2 years after my second breast fat grafting

The reason I had breast surgery was because my upper breasts became hollow after breastfeeding, and that was almost corrected. After having my first child, my breasts changed so much that I had both a first and second surgery, then I had my second child too, but there hasn’t been a big change compared with after surgery. The first and second surgeries were at different clinics. I was thin, so when I went for the second surgery, they said liposuction would be difficult, so I changed clinics lol I shouldn’t have changed ㅜㅜ Everyone knows that if you get fat grafting, the size gets smaller than at first, right? From that state, it just stays maintained, so don’t worry about it disappearing. I didn’t want to become extremely big, and I wasn’t hoping for a perfect shape, so I chose fat grafting. I also had some fat on my thighs and flanks, and although my weight itself was low, my body fat was high, so I thought it would work, but the liposuction was difficult. During the first surgery, they said they couldn’t suction from my abdomen. I was 158 cm/50 kg and my body fat percentage was over 30%, but I think fat grafting is more advantageous for people who weigh more.

Side effects I didn’t expect 1. One of my areolas became too large. It was originally slightly larger on that side too, but now the color of that areola is also much lighter. I guess a lot of fat was placed under the areola. Originally, I had never once felt stressed because of my areolas, but try making a circle with your thumb and index finger together (the OK sign). It became about the size of the outer circle of those fingers. But for me, breastfeeding and childbirth also had an effect. After my first child, they changed a lot, and after my second child, there was almost no change. The breast hollowing was also severe because it was the first time after my first child, and after my second it was similar.

2. And they say your original breast shape just gets enlarged as it is. My breast asymmetry became worse. I originally didn’t know I had uneven breasts, but when I looked at a video taken before surgery for records, they were asymmetrical. Once the breasts got bigger, that became extremely noticeable.

3. The liposuction areas are uneven. Since it was the second surgery, the liposuction was also the second time. Revision surgery is difficult. Go somewhere that charges a revision surgery fee. Here, they said they don’t charge a revision surgery fee, so I tried to save money and... They said they would do fat grafting into the indented areas as side-effect management, but I didn’t do it because I was afraid it wouldn’t go well and I’d suffer. They said something like placing only a few dozen milliliters would restore it, but I didn’t believe it. Looking into reconstructive clinics was also too stressful, so I’m not doing it. The inner thighs are the worst, but since I’m a mom now anyway, I don’t wear short clothes, so I’m just living with it.

As for scars, the armpit scars have disappeared 99%, and the areolar incision has marks, but no one knows except me. The scars under the breasts have disappeared 80%. The groin scars from liposuction have disappeared about halfway, and the buttock scars have hardly disappeared; they’re completely still there. Maybe because it’s the area I sit on, friction causes pigmentation. This bothers me more than I expected. It isn’t covered by underwear or the buttock crease.

There are no cyst-like things in my breasts, and the texture feels exactly like my own flesh.

After doing it twice, I went up 1 cup. It’s not dramatic at all for me ㅜㅜ

What else might other people be curious about? I’m not sure.

First surgery: 310–320 grafted on each side Second surgery: 250–280 grafted on each side
