After thinking and thinking about it for 8 years, I finally had the surgery this time! I can’t believe I’m doing something I couldn’t even do in my early 20s when I’m almost 30 now.... hahaha There were times I put down a deposit and then canceled, and over 3-4 years I went to consultations at about 15 places. The sizes each director recommended were really different, and how should I put it, their hand style?? The breast shapes they designed were quite different too~
First of all, for me, feel was much, much more important than size, so I had Mentor Xtra 240cc placed the same on both sides. The things I considered most important during consultation were
1-I hoped it wouldn’t look very obvious that I’d had surgery, both in feel and visually; a natural volume (so I said I’d be satisfied with about a B to full B) 2-Whether there is CCTV 3-Whether there is only one head director 4-Whether general anesthesia is used (I didn’t want to have surgery at a hospital that uses sedation anesthesia) 5-Postoperative care * Anyone thinking about surgery, make sure to ask the hospital during consultation how they handle emergency situations!!
My specs are Rib cage 71cm -----> 71cm Upper bust 80cm ---> 86cm Height 165cm Weight 53kg
I have a slightly protruding chest, and my left breast was a little bigger. For the commonly available Mentor, Motiva, and Sebbin, sizes go up and down by around 30cc, but in my case the left side only differed by about 15cc, so they said that unless I was very concerned about it, it would be better to use the same size. They said the worst case is when different-sized implants are put in to improve asymmetry, but after surgery the originally smaller breast becomes larger than the other side~ So during consultation, I tried 1) 210cc /240cc 2) 240cc/ 240cc 3) 240cc/ 270cc and checked them all, and I liked 240 on both sides the most. Maybe because I wasn’t too greedy with size, even at week 4 they don’t feel like bouncy balls, and when I squeeze them they’re quite soft and squishy. The upper fullness is disappearing day by day too. There isn’t much pain either, though sometimes there’s a slight tingling or a tight, clumped feeling! And what I’m so relieved about is that from the day of surgery I touched my nipples and breasts lol Aside from slightly reduced sensation under the right nipple, all the other areas felt exactly the same as before surgery!!! My cleavage doesn’t come together yet, but now when I’m sitting in daily life or standing up and touching them, the area under the nipples is slightly jiggly, and I think it will form once the tissue softens up by 3 months.
But the two things stressing me out are: When I lie flat on my back in bed ㅜㅜ Is it originally a hard rocket launch at one month, no matter what size or implant you used?? If so, when will it start looking natural?? I’ve also seen posts where some people say theirs looks natural even lying down so they don’t really mention it,,,, sob
And when will the slight swelling in my abdomen go away?? I’m originally the type who swells a lot, so after surgery I gained up to 4kg and now it’s coming back down. My weight has almost returned to my old weight now, but my waist, which was originally 24 inches, is now 27 inches, so it’s kind of stressful.... It feels like something soft and loose is wrapped over my original body?
