I had orthodontic treatment once when I was a teenager but I didn’t wear my retainer properly and had a habit of constantly pushing my lower teeth with my tongue, so everything shifted I got braces again in my mid-20s. No extractions I haven’t been diligent about wearing the elastics, so I think it may take longer than expected.. but my lower jaw has moved in a lot When I first had orthodontic treatment, maybe because I was young, it was okay.. but this time while doing orthodontic treatment, I especially heard a lot that my face looked like it had lost fat.. seems like an orthodontic side effect, skull face ㅠ ㅠ
