Before surgery, I had pretty severe runny nose and nasal congestion, and it was so hard because I always had headaches too, so I searched it up and saw that functional rhinoplasty was supposed to be effective. Since I was getting that done, I also went ahead and had surgery for my low nasal bridge between the eyes and my drooping nasal tip. When I got examined, they said I had severe deviated septum, and that the inside of my nose was crooked, making it hard to breathe, and that my rhinitis was severe. But after getting this surgery, my satisfaction is the highest, seriously for real... Once the nasal congestion disappeared, the headaches went away too, it’s amazing. I said I didn’t want my nasal bridge to become excessively high, so I did it without an implant, and for the nasal tip they used septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. It really became just moderately higher, and it feels like it suits my face well. Anyway, since people around me often say I’ve become more handsome, I think the surgery was a success lol
