I got functional + cosmetic surgery at GNG! I lived my whole life without defined facial features, but after this surgery, it feels like my face finally has features >.< The reason I decided on this place was that people I know had surgery here too and it went well, and when I was searching online, it was mentioned a lot for functional + cosmetic surgery, so I went for a consultation. The consultant and the director were both very kind and gave such professional consultations that it stayed in my memory for a long time, so I think that's why I chose it! After testing, they said functional rhinoplasty was possible, and since I was doing it anyway, I told them I wanted the nasal bridge and tip to be moderately elegant rather than too natural!! My nasal bridge itself isn't very low, so they said if I used regular silicone, it would probably look very dramatic, so on the director's recommendation, I did it without an implant, and used donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip!!! After surgery, the swelling was pretty severe at first, but every time I went for follow-ups, I received care at the clinic here and there, and the swelling really went down day by day to the point where I could see it, so it was really amazing. I didn't do separate swelling care at home! Now almost all the major swelling is gone, and I think it has settled prettily to some extent. Even my mom and dad, who said things at first, say their daughter got prettier >.<
