Lots of tips for a refined-looking successful rhinoplasty without a pinched look...

Honestly, even to me, the whole vibe and style look different between having it done and not having it done. Because of my bulbous nose, it looked puffy from the front, and overall my impression was round and soft~ to put it nicely, a cute look.. lol But it was far from the >> sophisticated, refined, feminine << image I wanted, so I don’t think I regret getting the surgery even 1%. +For reference, the nasal materials were 4 mm silicone in the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was raised with donated costal cartilage!! As I said earlier, my bulbous nose was what stressed me out the most, so I emphasized to the director again, and again, and again... and again that I wanted proper bulbous-nose correction. While going around for in-person consultations, I was also constantly researching online, and I heard that bulbous noses are actually hard to improve in one go, and if it’s not done properly, it can easily end up looking pinched.. So I asked the director to build up the nasal tip, but absolutely not make it look pinched. Thinking about it now, I believe whether the nose surgery succeeds depends on how much the director reflects what you asked for. No matter how well you choose your nasal material and design, if the surgeon’s skills are bad.. then it’s all for nothing lol And honestly, the best place is one that tells you clearly during consultation what can’t be done.. It was my first time getting rhinoplasty too, so the more consultations I had, the more my greed grew, and I kept going, should I try this too? Should I try that too? But the director said that because my face is small and my nose isn’t on the large side, he didn’t recommend making it taller in a more dramatic way.. Thanks to that, maybe because all the residual swelling has gone down now, there’s no pinched look to my nose, and it seems to have settled well with exactly the sophisticated feeling I wanted~ I think it succeeded because the compromise I wanted and the compromise the director aimed for matched up really well!! Honestly, I’m so satisfied that even if I went back, I’d choose the same clinic again, but cosmetic surgery really isn’t something you should decide on impulsively. So I don’t regret going to consultations here and at other places too. That meant I had points of comparison, and because I went elsewhere, I could feel that this place suited me well! My complex about my bulbous nose is gone, and even with 4 mm inserted, it doesn’t look excessive at all.
