My contraction phase came quickly, and it also came back down quickly. It was oddly lifted, as if pinched with a clothespin, and the way it had shriveled up with no flesh, like beef jerky, also returned to normal. For those who did not have inflammation, it is only a difference in when the contraction phase comes and when it stops. In the end, it all comes back down to how it was, so please don’t worry. When the nose is lifted, it really drives you crazy, but once it passes, it’s nothing much.
Just in case, I went for a nose consultation at a different clinic, not the one where I had surgery, and even the doctor there reacted as if there was no problem other than the nose looking low, and nothing particularly abnormal.
