I had a revision rhinoplasty consultation at a famous hospital, the kind almost everyone would know if you said the name, and after thinking it over, I had the surgery. But on the day of surgery, when I had another consultation with the director, he didn’t do any design... I felt anxious, so I asked, “Aren’t you going to do a design?” and he shook his head and said he wouldn’t. The result was totally ruined. When I asked what to do, all I got was the perfunctory line that it could be swelling and to wait 6 months.
