I only want to raise my nasal tip a bit more, but I already had my first surgery with silicone.. Then would it be better to remove it completely and have revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ It’s a case where the nasal tip didn’t come out properly, so when I look at my nose, the shape doesn’t look that pretty, and I want to do it again If I get revision surgery, I want to do it somewhere other than where I had my first surgery, somewhere that’s good at making a sharp, high-looking shape? like The Nan or High-End I didn’t want something super natural from the start anyway!! For those of you who had concerns about the nasal tip like me, what material did you use for surgery?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
