My nose and cheekbones are really a complex for me.. Because I work and didn’t have time because of swelling and things like that, I got fillers and such, then heard that alar reduction could have some effect, so I went to a place famous for nose surgery and had it done..!
The shape turned out pretty, and the stitches didn’t show much, so I went to work fine, and there was almost no swelling.
They said that after removing the stitches, if the sebaceous glands are irritated, acne could appear, and maybe the right side was affected, because acne broke out so badly I really couldn’t control it.. It’s been 6 months, and a lot has disappeared, but a slightly large white pimple deep inside is awkward to squeeze, so it’s still there.. Other than that, I’m satisfied. But if you don’t keep managing your nose, it gets wider... hehehe
