It has been a year and a half since I had surgery with 2 mm silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. The reason I came here is actually because I want to remove it... The silicone and ear cartilage at the tip of the nose are one thing, but please think very carefully about using septal cartilage. It gets hard, and nose-squeezing just doesn’t work... ㅠㅠ My nose was short and upturned, so I had septal extension, and it has been really hard. Also, because the tip was lifted a little higher, it actually looks even more upturned ㅠㅠㅠ Please really think carefully about the hospital, the doctor, the design, and the surgical method.
