First of all, I wanted a natural-but-polished look + a straight-to-slightly-curved line Overall, my face looks flat and I was concerned that my philtrum protrudes, so the main point of the consultation was whether the nasal tip and columella could come out nicely My nose - bulbous nose + slight hump + slightly long nose because the tip droops + some nasal bridge, not completely flat My forehead is not very convex 1. ㄴㅌ Plastic Surgery Consultation fee - 10,000 won (CT scan) No need for osteotomy or alar reduction They planned the line starting from the forehead, so they would not raise the bridge much, just very slightly.! only a little, and the focus was on raising the nasal tip while correcting the bulbous nose and adjusting the columella forward Materials: septal cartilage + very thin silicone (2 mm), shaved down a bit for use They said the hump likely would not need to be shaved, and it should work by trimming and placing the silicone It felt like going close to a glamorous look would be harder than I expected? I think they pursue naturalness tailored to my face and the nose I already have I thought the price would be on the lower side since it was not a major surgery(?), but there were no discounts or anything, so they just told me the regular price as is There was no review event and no pressure to put down a deposit; they only asked by when I could confirm, so that part made me feel very comfortable Over the phone they felt a little cold, but in person they were kind, and the consultant also did not get involved in the surgical plan at all and only asked the necessary questions The clinic is on the smaller side, but I’m really drawn to the fact that it’s a one-doctor clinic specializing in rhinoplasty!! 2. ㅌㅇㄴ Plastic Surgery Consultation fee - 10,000 won They said that using septal cartilage would require pulling the columella down a lot, so we should use sturdy donated costal cartilage Slightly shave the hump and use 3 mm silicone No septal cartilage or ear cartilage First of all, here, the consultant’s way of talking and the director’s confidence and certainty were..! The director said he is good at lowering the columella and making a round nasal tip, so I trusted him It felt like it would definitely turn out more glamorous than clinic no. 1? But I strongly felt that if I did it there, it would really turn out well The downside is the price... It felt like they quoted above the regular price first and then steered me toward a full/partial model discount? I was shocked when they quoted the regular price in the 6 million won range.. hahaha Instead, if I do a full model, it’s half price!.. haha But here too, there was no pressure to put down a deposit, so I felt comfortable 3. ㄱㄱ Plastic Surgery (Director Ham) Consultation fee - 10,000 won Septal cartilage can be used, but there isn’t a lot of it, so I put down only a deposit for donated costal cartilage + autologous costal cartilage (They said the deposit is 100% refundable later) The director recommended autologous costal cartilage more, and I was also thinking of considering autologous costal cartilage, but the cost... was over my budget, so donated costal cartilage.. The regular price was high, and the partial model price starts from 4~ If you’re curious about the autologous costal cartilage price, leave a comment The director consulted with me for a really, really long time and very thoroughly, and it almost completely matched my needs. I think it would turn out well if I did it here, but I’m hesitating because the cost is a bit of an issue 4. ㄷㄷㅇ Plastic Surgery (Director Chu) Consultation fee - X I felt it was very reasonable price-wise Since it was my last consultation, I talked with the consultant for a long time, and she kindly answered my questions The director explained the materials and line design in detail, and I think he is good at a natural-but-polished line. I got the impression that he prefers the bridge height to be slightly present! But as I listened, I started liking it too, so my expectations are high haha But he did not talk about the nasolabial angle.. For me, the nasolabial angle is my top priority If he had just given me confidence about that part, I would have gone straight to dissolve my filler hahahaha So this concludes my legwork for my first rhinoplasty, and now I’m going to decide and get surgery quickly. There are many famous clinics, but these days it’s hard to even get appointments hahaha All four are one-director clinics specializing in noses, so I feel like it would turn out well wherever I go Next time I’ll come back with a surgery review~~!
