I had surgery because I had severe nasal congestion due to rhinitis and sinusitis, and the crookedness bothered me. I proceeded without an implant, and maybe because of that, I didn’t have any major issues with swelling or recovery. It’s been about a month since my nose surgery now, and so far I’m satisfied.
