It's been quite a while since I had the surgery (about 6-7 years?), but this is my first time posting a review!! There seem to be many different opinions about nostril reduction, like do it, it's a life-changing surgery, or no, absolutely don't do it, so I wanted to leave my personal review! 1. To start with the conclusion, I'm satisfied! I liked my nasal bridge and thought my nasal tip wasn't bad either, so I really wanted only nostril reduction! There were many opinions like if you get nose surgery your nostrils will naturally get smaller, or get nasal cartilage tying, etc., but since there was no area besides my nostrils that I wanted to touch, I think the decision was actually easy haha So I only had nostril reduction (I did it at a place famous for nostril reduction, and it seems still famous now?), and even now I'm super, super, super satisfied with the shape and everything! But if there's one disappointing point, at the time I had it done, nostril reduction wasn't such a famous procedure, so I didn't even know information like external incision or internal incision and just did it right away at a famous place. What I had was probably an external incision, and that is known for leaving scars easily If I were to do it again, I think I would consider things like scarring and choose an internal incision! 2. (((Important))) But!!! If scars bother you, I don't recommend it. Even though I really, really like the result, including the nose shape, the reason I would think hard about whether to do it if I could go back is exactly because of the scars In fact, I even had revision surgery because of the scars. Before the revision surgery, I also received laser treatment and tried all sorts of things haha My skin is thin and I tend to scar easily, but even taking that into account, the scarring was on the severe side! So honestly, every time I put on makeup, I really pay attention to it So if your job involves being on camera a lot! Or if your skin is the most important thing to you! I absolutely do not recommend it!! No matter how much you like your nose shape, if a scar forms, you'll keep worrying about it But people are not as interested in nose scars as you might think!! Unless you take extreme close-up photos, it probably won't bother you much in daily life:) I wrote this ramblingly, but in the end it's just one individual's opinion!!
