The hospital was very close to the station, so access was good. The interior had a calm and clean atmosphere, so it felt reassuring. I saw them guiding a foreign patient in a foreign language, and somehow it looked impressive. I don’t remember the operating room well because I was nervous, but I was able to use the recovery room alone, and since it was a space where a guardian could stay with me, I was able to comfortably let the medication wear off. I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and from the first day, as long as I didn’t move excessively, it didn’t particularly hurt. After having the cotton removed on day 3, it didn’t hurt enough that I could go out for a walk right away, and now, on day 8, when I exert a lot of force or stretch my body a lot, it just feels stiff, and I only have muscle soreness. Now that 8 days have passed since my rhinoplasty, the swelling has gone down a lot. However, I can still feel some remaining swelling, so I’m looking forward to it becoming a more natural and pretty nose as time passes.
