At first I was scared of nose surgery, and filler felt too temporary, so I got filler plus thread lifting. When I first did it, it lifted up like I had had nose surgery, so I was satisfied. But it definitely went back down over time. After about 5 to 6 months it settles back down, and when I had it done again after that, it did not lift up like the first time. Also, the procedure hurt way more than I expected, so if you cannot handle pain, I do not recommend it.
