My nose itself is very small and low, so I was told many times at every consultation that it would be a really difficult nose to operate on. It was such a relief that I didn’t have a hump, bulbous nose, or anything like that, but because my nose itself was extremely small, I was told so many times that I wouldn’t see a big effect, and they even said that if I got greedy here, side effects could come later.. In the past, I used to think, “I’m going to get nose surgery!” and believed everything would be fine once I had surgery, but the more consultations I went to, what built up wasn’t hope, but despair. I thought surgery would solve everything, but it didn’t work that way... The place where I had surgery, Top Tier, was a clinic I visited without much expectation, but they told me, “This and this would be the maximum, and this much is possible. Going beyond this would be difficult, but up to here is definitely possible,” and they spoke with a lot of confidence. I also liked the nasal design, height, and length the most, and because the consultation was honest and straightforward, I really trusted them haha.... Since I had the surgery, I’m posting a review, and as everyone can see from the photos, even though it was a small nose, my nose really became much longer, and the shape itself came out very pretty. If anything, I think my current nose may be prettier than the nose I had been aiming for before surgery lol I was very stressed because my nose was small and low, but it was done beautifully within a natural, not overdone, and safe range, so I’m very satisfied. Everyone with a low or small nose will probably have a really hard time starting from pre-surgery consultations, but if you look carefully, you’ll be able to find someone who is genuinely good.
