The kind of nose I absolutely hate most is a long, pointy nose with a high glabella.
With 3 doctors, each one put things in, took them out, and built it up twice each; when it was pointy and long, I had it removed, so twice per doctor.
With the second doctor, I thought they would do well after the first failure, and I explained enough, but again it became a long, pointy nose.
So they did revision surgery for me, but both times they used an open approach, so only the scars are extremely obvious.
The only improvement was that it felt like they removed the nasal tip, lowered the glabella, and put silicone only in the middle. Still, it was better than a long nose,
so I thought, I guess my nose just can't be fixed, and lived like that for 10 years.
Now I had a bit more room financially, and since more than 10 years had passed, I thought medical techniques must have advanced. I asked around for a doctor said to be good, paid a lot, and went all the way up to Seoul,
but once again, they gifted me a long, sleek nose like my first nose + even a pinched nose. Bravo~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~!!!!
For the nose I had removed because it was long and pointy, by the 4th surgery they had lowered the glabella and removed the nasal tip, barely making it somewhat shorter. All they needed to do was fill only the sunken middle in a straight line,
but again, a long nose. At 3 months post-op, I think I need to go up and have it removed again before I lose my mind.
