I am 7 years post nose surgery. I had surgery with silicone + ear cartilage.
From the beginning, my low nose was a complex, so I decided to have surgery. I pursued a natural look, so I did not make it much higher. For the first 3-4 years, I was extremely satisfied, but starting a few years ago, I began feeling a lot of discomfort, and I can feel the implant sagging toward the nasal tip, so I have been continuously looking into implant removal.
Even if it is not pretty, I think a natural face is simply the best. Unless your complex about your nose is to the point that you want to die, it is better not to have surgery ㅠㅠ My wish is also just to go back to my original nose.
