I had alar base reduction at ㄱㅃ last year, and I had it done internally. Nothing changed at all, so I don’t recommend it. During the consultation they say things like they’ll reduce it a lot, but it’s just expensive and nothing changed at all I went because I searched online and heard it was famous, but it feels like such a waste of money lol
