13 years after contracture developed, I had surgery to remove the implant and use 2 ribs. Ah, contracture is really, really scary... I tried so hard to have surgery without taking money from my mother, but in the end, my mother was shocked when she saw my face, so she took out an insurance policy loan and had me get the surgery.. First surgery at 22: silicone + left ear cartilage - Busan Gallery Plastic Surgery, Lee Jae-wook / Second revision rhinoplasty at 28: right ear cartilage + silicone - Unique Plastic Surgery, Kim Seung-beom -> now Zet ENT Clinic
Contracture started when I was 24, and I was thinking I should save up money and do it when I turned 28, but I got selected for Dong-A TV Challenge Cinderella, so I had it done for free at Unique Plastic Surgery. I had cheekbone surgery and autologous fat grafting done by Director Lee Jun-hyuk, and those went well. For my nose, Director Kim Seung-beom should have removed the silicone, used autologous costal cartilage or autologous dermis, dissected the nasal tip, and then proceeded with contracture surgery, but instead he put silicone back in and added ear cartilage, so the contracture got even worse.. The photos are from when contracture had developed and it was swollen......
Anyway, after 5 years, I had contracture surgery, removed the existing implant, and built up the nasal bridge and tip with 2 ribs. I do not recommend Busan Gallery Plastic Surgery or Zet ENT Clinic Kim Seung-beom. I asked the 372 manager because the older girls' noses were pretty, and they said it specialized in contracture... I had saved the number back then, and there was one more place, but they said that one was not possible and this one was possible... My current condition has improved a lot. It has been one month since surgery, and I was surprised that there was no swelling at all. For reference, I am not lying about something like contracture, and people who have experienced contracture will understand how I feel. Brokers, please get lost. If you have a contracted nose and need help, send me a private message and I will recommend a clinic. You know that experience is really important for clinics, right? Those who developed contracture after having an implant placed like me need to remove the contracture-causing implant quickly. The later you remove it, the more time and money it will take. Later, you really might not be able to have surgery at all. You need to remove it quickly and treat it with your own tissue at a clinic specializing in contracture. Stay strong. I am also recovering ㅡㅜ
The bottom photo is from when I was 21, before I had any surgery at all. When I was working at Spris. I can never go back to that nose. Seriously, please avoid nose surgery if you can. If you are going to do it, just do hump osteotomy and lateral nasal osteotomy, and with a closed approach, do only the nasal tip without building up the nasal bridge. Truly skilled clinics can make the nose really pretty with just the nasal tip, and there are no side effects because it is your own tissue.
