One month after removal... It’s hard because more things got worse than improved

This is my first time writing a post I haven’t been upgraded, so I can’t see comments anyway... but I’m frustrated, so I’m just writing this I had low silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage that had been in for 7 years removed I didn’t like the shape, I hated how hard it was, and I felt like my nasal tip was gradually turning upward more than before, so I had it removed at one of the most-mentioned places in this community The clinic said they recommended removal.. My natural nose was one where the nostrils didn’t show, but now my nostrils show more than after my nose surgery..... I begged them that anything but the nose turning upward should not happen, and asked them to make sure it wouldn’t turn upward. They said they did cartilage repositioning while removing it, but my nostrils show much more..... And it’s hard like stone, and another thing making me anxious now is that I have absolutely no sensation in my nose The clinic says of course the sensation will come back, but I really still have no sensation at all, so I’m even more worried now My nose is more upturned, harder, uglier, and with a low nose and an awkward columella, it really feels like a botched nose that’s worse than before I’m amazed by people who say they feel relieved, that it returned to normal, and that it’s soft after removing silicone. I envy them One advantage is that the slightly pinched feeling is gone, so I do like that one thing I’m not going to have revision surgery, so I really hope it gets better
