State after removing only the silicone

Hello. My nose had silicone + ear cartilage + septal support graft + cartilage tying. After two rhinoplasties, because the nasal tip cartilage was showing through, I had only the protruding part of the ear cartilage at the nasal tip removed + the silicone on the nasal bridge removed. Currently, I don’t think there is any upturned phenomenon, and on the inside of my nose near the right nasal sidewall, I can feel a lump, whether it’s scar tissue or ear cartilage protruding somehow.

Current nose condition: nasal bridge lowered / the nasal tip was raised to match the bridge, so the boundary is slightly noticeable

Concern 1. If there’s no problem just living like this, I’m planning to just live with it.

Concern 2. I’m planning to leave the septal support graft, ear cartilage, and cartilage tying as they are, but if there might be some issue later because only the silicone was removed, I’ll either redo just the front of the nose or remove all the other implants too.

If there are people like my case, or anyone who can give advice, please leave a comment.
