Nose Re-Surgery

Does anyone have a dent and visible cartilage at the nasal tip like me?

If I do it this time, it will be my third surgery. After going through surgery and consultations, I’ve only now realized that there are some bulbous noses that simply cannot be corrected. To make my nose look slimmer, septal cartilage was stacked up like a pyramid, and the tip of that cartilage is showing through. Below that, there is a dented area. After going around for consultations for revision surgery, two doctors said they could also address the aesthetic shape, two doctors did not recommend surgery and said that if the cartilage is removed, the nose will look even blunter, and that the issue is not severe enough to take on the risks of nasal surgery just to remove it.
