Gore-Tex on the nasal bridge, septal extension at the nasal tip? Removal ㅠㅠ

Two years ago, I had nose surgery together with surgery for a deviated septum at ㅈㅇㅈ. But I really hate having to live with the feeling that my nasal tip is fixed, and I also hate having Gore-Tex in my nose, so I went to the hospital where I had the surgery for a consultation about removing it. The hospital recommended not removing it, and said that even if I do, it won’t go back 100% to how it looked before. The doctor also said I wouldn’t get an upturned nose, but the nasal tip could look slightly pressed down... The consultant said it could become slightly upturned... I really, really want to remove it, but I’m scared it might become an upturned nose, so I can’t decide. For now, since I had surgery for a deviated septum and rhinoplasty at the same time, I think the surgery involved Gore-Tex on the nasal bridge and a septal support graft at the nasal tip. I asked whether it was an extension, but since I was asking the consultant and not the doctor, they didn’t really know, so the answer wasn’t clear. But seeing as the support graft seems to have been placed vertically between the septum, I think it was an extension. If anyone has had removal done or knows the results, I would appreciate it if you could tell me what might happen if I remove it. I would also appreciate recommendations for hospitals for revision surgery ㅠㅠ
